Why are psychometric tests used?

• Psychometric tests enable employers to screen a large number of candidates early in the recruitment process.
• They also provide a degree of verification of a candidate’s written application.
• Testing reduces the reliance of subjective methods of analysing candidates suitability by introducing more objective measures
• It is generally accepted that tests improve the chances of employers choosing candidates who will fit into existing teams and adapt to the culture of the organisation.

How we help

First we consider the role/s that you will be interviewed and tested for, and analyse the job sectors that you are pursuing and the organisations offering the jobs. We then help you put in place a tried and trusted action plan which fully prepares you for a variety of tests that you may face. This includes helping you master sample questionnaires covering:

• Motivation
• Aptitude
• Personality

We will also prepare you for attending assessment centres, online testing, or making presentations. This ensures that you have the confidence and skills to succeed in any testing environment.
