In addition, at certain times, payments may be taken by telephone, or by cheque at our discretion. All payments must be fully cleared prior to the commencement of any services by the company.
The Company takes client satisfaction extremely seriously and therefore in the unlikely event that you wish to contact the company about the services you receive please email or phone the company providing details of the complaint, and a response will be made within a maximum of 14 days. Because the company prides itself on its high standards, a Director of the company will investigate any complaint received.
